  • defining variables in robotc graphical

We want to code our touch LEDs to be a certain color when going forwards or backwards during autonomous code. Can we set variables in graphical OR have two simultaneously looping "while loops"?

You can indeed set variables in graphical using the Variable [Number] block.

Awesome. Any idea where I should look to learn how to use the Variables blocks?

Don't forget to change your Windows|Menu Level to Super User so you can see the Variable statements

We were big RobotC graphical users and this is the exact question that a team had .... we ended up switching to MODKIT for VEX and the kids are really digging it and figured out how to code it in no time.. much like scratch .. this is going to be very similar to the new interface once VCS (Vex Coding Studio) has support for Vex IQ .. check it out
