Motor won't connect to brain. Please help.

One of my motors won't connect to my Robot Brain when I plug it in. Neither my computer nor the brain show the motor as connected. I have tried using different cables, using a different port, etc. I even tried updating my firmware. None of those fixed my problem. Please help me.

Sounds like you already did most of the troubleshooting on your side and you have isolated the problem down to a bad motor.
