    Online Challenges
    The holiday break is a great time to work on your Online Challenge - http://challenges.robotevents.com - submissions!
    The Online Challenges provide teams with a unique way to participate
    in competition activities, win prizes, and qualify for VEX Worlds!
    With challenges ranging from CAD design to programming, and from STEM
    education to video creation, there is something for everyone,
    including a new challenge supporting our Girl Powered initiative. If

    Girl Powered: R.I.O.T. - Team 323G
    Rachel of Team 323G R.I.O.T., Robotics Is Our Thing, shared her take
    on the VEX Robotics Competition experience in a recent Girl Powered
    spotlight. As team leader this year, she shared the team's highs
    and lows and through it all can't imagine not being involved in
    robotics.

    VEX Robotics World Championship Volunteer Registration Now Open!
    All season long, event volunteers are the heart and soul of VEX
    competitions. This couldn't be more true at the VEX Robotics World
    Championship, where we bring 1,400 of the best robotics teams from
    around the world to compete to become World Champions! This year VEX
    Worlds will take place April 19-25, 2017, in Louisville, Kentucky.
    Join us and be part of the culminating event of the season where the
    energy and excitement is palpable and participating is rewarding for
    everyone involved.

    We are excited to announce a new volunteer scheduling platform that
    will allow self-scheduling online (once shifts are available), making
    it easy to select and view volunteer shifts from your computer or
    mobile device. Learn more about the opportunities available, and
    register in our new system today in order to be notified when shifts
